As a scientist and founder of WAYAKIT Group, my experience combines research, company building, and the development of sustainable solutions in real world contexts. Through The Sustainable Systems Lab, I study how resilient systems are built not only within organizations, but also in the way we lead, collaborate, and make decisions.
